St Albans – New Build Residence

This year saw the completion of a striking contemporary new build in St Albans, delivered following the full demolition of the existing property. A landmark luxury renovation and basement conversion, Carlton Hill involved retaining the original façade while rebuilding the structure behind and introducing a newly constructed basement. Delivered in close collaboration with M W Architects and a highly skilled consultant and contractor team, the project balances architectural heritage with contemporary living. The result is a refined and elegant home, finished with uncompromising attention to detail throughout.

Marylebone – Grade I Listed Refurbishment

This Grade I Listed renovation was completed with absolute precision and sensitivity. Working alongside specialist heritage consultants and architects, the project carefully respected the building’s historic fabric while introducing subtle modern refinements.
