Project Updates: Autumn 2025
As we move through autumn, several of our ongoing projects across London are making impressive progress. From complex basement works and heritage restorations to high-end residential fit outs, our teams continue to deliver exceptional craftsmanship across every site. Take a look at three of our latest video updates below, each offering a closer look at projects currently underway.
Ealing Project
In our first update, Director Marc walks through one of our ongoing projects in Ealing. Set within a conservation area, this ambitious scheme encompasses the formation of a new basement, the addition of a new roof, and extensive works in between.
Working in collaboration with Beasley Dickson Architects and Foster Structures, our team is carefully managing each stage to ensure the project meets the highest standards while respecting the character of its surroundings.

Tottenham Heritage Restoration
Our second update focuses on the progress at our heritage restoration project in Tottenham, where we’re working alongside F3 Architects. Since our last update, major progress has been made across the trio of Grade II* listed buildings, originally built in 1725. The team has continued to sensitively restore and adapt these historic structures, with internal works well advanced and external elements taking shape. Once complete, the site will house new café and gallery spaces, giving these remarkable buildings a renewed purpose for the local community. To see the previous update, click here.

Highbury Residential Project
Finally, we visit our project in Highbury, which is now approaching completion. Director Ruairí walks us through the transformation, which has included a full strip-out, a lowered and extended basement, and a complete high-end fit out. The result is a beautifully finished home featuring a range of bespoke details throughout. It’s been a pleasure to work with Cousins & Cousins as architects and Eley Quantity Surveying as quantity surveyors on this impressive scheme.
