St Albans House – New Project
We are pleased to announce that we have recently taken possession of a new site in St Albans, where we will be demolishing the existing house, and replacing it with a new house over three floors, including a new basement, working alongside Neil Choudhury Architects (link), Quantum Merit Associates (link) & Term Engineering (link).
For this project, we will utilise our in-house labour resource to carry out the demolition, before our structural partner, Malci Construction (link), take over to form the basement and above ground structures. Following this, we will bring in our carpentry and bricklaying teams to build the shell, roof and upper floors, engage one of our short-listed roofers to make the building weather tight, and then, as a Newton Approved Contractor (link), we will design and install the basement damp-proofing in-house.
